The Amber Alert has been discontinued for a 3-month-old in Texas after authorities say the child’s father , Obinna Dwayne Igbokwe, 41, shot his wife and mother-in-law in the head and then took off with his three-month-old son. Law enforcement found Tangela Igbokwe and Linda Larkins.
Suspect, Obinna Igbokwe is now deceased and the child has been reunited with family.
