• Tobala – Known as the “Explorer Agave,” Tobalá matures for ten years in high-altitude canyons, providing rich notes of tobacco, cocoa and vanilla with a touch of umami that is perfect for adventurous palates.
• like a narrow – The wild Salmiana agave, harvested after twelve years in its high-altitude terroir, offers a herbaceous and gently spicy profile, with elements of green chile, grapefruit and the earthy freshness of the agave after the rain.
