They are all accused of assaulting officers, violent entry into the Capitol and other crimes.

The three were charged in April 2021. Jonathan Pollock had gone into hiding shortly after the attack, while his sister and Hutchinson were arrested in June 2021 and released on bail but fled shortly before their trial in Washington, D.C. last March.

The FBI had offered a $30,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Jonathan Pollock, whom they considered “armed and dangerous.”

According to a 53-page indictment, video footage shows Jonathan Pollock and Hutchinson repeatedly punching officers during the riot. Pollock also allegedly stole riot shields from officers, and he and Hutchinson are accused of striking an officer in the neck or face with the edge of a riot shield.
